Where Light Up Wellbeing Started

Lighting the way for more supportive and inclusive communities

Light Up Wellbeing was founded in 2025 by Jasmin Morgan as a tribute to her brother, Luke. Luke was larger than life, full of energy, compassion, and humour. But behind the brightness, he struggled deeply with his mental health. In 2024, Luke tragically took his own life.

In the wake of his passing, Jasmin faced a crossroads. Unsure of where to turn or whether to continue working in the mental health space, she chose to honour Luke’s legacy in the most meaningful way she could. By helping others access the support he always wanted people to have.

Light Up Wellbeing exists to equip businesses, communities, and individuals to talk openly about mental health and suicide, and to take action.

We offer training, resources, and consultancy designed to foster safe, supportive environments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Our work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and a commitment to making mental health support accessible and stigma-free.

Luke believed in helping others find light in the darkness. Through Light Up Wellbeing, we carry his light forward.
